Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your PlantPeepal account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever option below works for you.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the PlantPeepal app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered to your account and we'll process the deletion for you:

Please send it from the email address registered to your account so we can verify the request.

30-day grace period. After you request deletion, your account is deactivated and permanently deleted after 30 days. If you change your mind, simply sign back in within those 30 days to cancel the deletion and restore your account.

What gets deleted

When deletion is finalized, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and account (name, username, email, avatar, bio, location, preferences)
• Your plants, gardens, and care history
• Your photos and uploaded media
• Your posts, comments, forum questions and answers
• Your devices, push tokens, and subscription linkage

Some records may be retained for a limited time only where required by law (for example, transaction and billing records held by Apple or Google), or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you. Store purchases are managed by Apple or Google and are cancelled through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
